Glazed Carrot

       Ingredients:

  • 400 g carrots
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons  honey
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste  

     

     Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Fill a large pot with a steamer basket half-full of water, salt liberally, and bring to a boil.
    Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot fitted with a steamer basket. Let carrots steam until just tender, about 5 minutes. Toss steamed carrots with oil, honey, salt, and pepper, then spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes.
